"I've always heard that the Truth shall set you free, but what is the Truth?  It seems to me that I feel confined when I don't get what I want. So I think being free is either when you have everything you want and are satiated with that, or you have learned to want for nothing and your happiness is not dependant upon anything that you do not naturally already possess. Like the ability to love or even to breathe." Amy L.

"I think "truly free" will look like a gentle breeze through the trees--movement, but peaceful movement. Sometimes in those moments when I feel "free" I notice my mouth is not tensed and my forehead isn't furrowed. I look and feel that almost weightless feeling you talk about in your classes. I think that's a glimpse at truly free--it feels good!"--RT

"Watching the sunset over the blue waters and allowing yourself to let go of what binds you, being free is this. Feeling the sun warm on your face, realizing that you are just one spectacle in this great wide universe, and forgetting what stresses held onto you throughout the day. "-- AG

"Being free, according to my philosophical approach, is when Body, Mind and Spirit are in a state of harmonious Love. This reflection of Light in self will reflect and shine to others. When self is free it is a inspiration and liberation to others."--Monica Ricker

"I believe that we are totally free when we no longer desire what others have, need their approval to validate who we are, and have a lasting, loving relationship with our Creator. It's a matter of learning to accept who we are, where we are, and how we are living right now and being happy with exactly what we have at this moment. Then and only then, will we be free."  Kim G.

"I am truly free in those blissful times when I live "in the moment" ... when indeed ... "Yesterday is History ...Tomorrow is Mystery" and I am content with that reality. " Louise
